Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a choice of delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

4. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Complete and, where possible, in original packaging

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if execution has begun with the consumer’s consent

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with relevant details so we can arrange a suitable solution.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.
